Appointments

- Walk-ins are always welcome and will try our best to accommodate, but we highly recommend making an appointment to make sure we can fit your specific time request especially if you are bringing a friend or two and prefer to sit together.

- We gladly accept Visa, Master Card and Cash only.

- Gratuities in cash are greatly appreciated.

Cancellation

Because our technicians reserve their time for your appointment, a 24 hour advance notice will be greatly appreciated for cancellation or rescheduling. Please call 510-251-2111.

Late Birds

Please be courteous of others and arrive on time. In the event that you cannot, please call in advance. If you arrive 10 minutes late or more, your appointment may be given to another client. Or your service may be shortened if your appointment has not been taken.
